Comment:

An odd but nice DIPA. It didn’t look very appealing, almost like something out of the drain, but the smell was great. It tasted ok but was a bit odd, there was a flavour there that I couldn’t quite pin down and the apples where unexpected but clear once I knew they where there.

I know the yeast went crazy on this beer so that might account for most of the oddness. But it feels like it could use some more hops as well. Also read that the dry hops stockings didn’t sink which might account for the lack of hops. We tend to use pellets instead of cones during the fermentation. Might be worth a shot in the future.

Total: 3,6/5

  2. Glad you liked it. Hehehe it was more drinkable then that. I just tried a bottle of DBH3 and it had started to go bad, tasted a bit of puke which I didn’t enjoy. Godzilla was allot better then that bottle.

Got another homebrew to try today, should be a review up sometime during the weekend.
